The PJS system is engineered to be fully customizable to project specifications, with capacity, span, and lifting height all determined by the client’s site requirements. Typical capacity ranges from 2.0 to 3.5 tons per parking space, accommodating standard passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light commercial vans. The structural configuration is based on a four-column design with a single or double girder lifting frame, fabricated from high-strength steel per GB/T crane standards. The lifting height is project-specified, typically between 1.8 and 2.2 meters for the upper platform, allowing clearance for the lower-level vehicle. The upper car board is lifted and lowered via a motor-driven chain or wire rope mechanism, while the lower level remains a fixed, drive-through parking space. Control options include a central cabin with full system monitoring, a handheld remote for operator convenience, and a pendant station for direct, localized control. The electrical system is built with Schneider or Siemens components as standard, with optional upgrades for higher IP ratings in outdoor or dusty environments. Safety devices include mechanical anti-fall locks, limit switches, emergency stop buttons, and overload sensors. Optional features include LED lighting, automatic vehicle detection, and corrosion-resistant galvanized finish for coastal or chemical plant installations.
