Terms of Sale

These standard terms apply to all industrial crane sales from Hefei Chunhua Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. Specific Proforma Invoices may modify these terms per proyek.

Quotes & Harga

Quotes valid for 30 days. Prices in USD ex-works Hefei unless Incoterm specified. Harga depends on full specs (capacity / span / height / control / certification). Specs changes after PI may revise pricing.

Payment Terms

Standard: 30% T/T deposit on PI confirmation, 70% T/T or L/C at sight before shipment. Production starts upon deposit clearance. L/C must be issued from prime bank in buyer's country.

Production & Delivery

Standard lead time 30-45 days from deposit. Force-majeure delays (raw material shortage, government policy) communicated promptly. Pre-shipment FAT required; buyer's representative welcome on-site.

Title & Risk

Per Incoterms 2020. Default CFR destination port — risk passes at port of shipment. DDP available for select markets.

Garansi

12 months from commissioning or 14 months from shipment (whichever earlier). Covers manufacturing defects, electricals, motors. Excludes wear parts and misuse damage.

Disputes

Governed by laws of People's Republic of Tiongkok. Disputes resolved by CIETAC (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) arbitration in Beijing or Shanghai.
