• Brake linings and brake drums for hoist and trolley brakes — replace at 50% lining thickness, not at metal-to-metal contact.
• Wire rope — 6×37+FC or 6×19+FC, matched to the hoist drum groove and safety factor (typically 5:1 per GB/T 3811). Keep one full rope set per hoist model.
