20 Ton is the standard configuration for metal casting foundry applications. Chunhua's primary partner Hefei Chunhua Hoisting Machinery (founded 2003) produces this class with LH double hoist, QD double girder, MG single girder gantry.

Application-specific options available — explosion-proof variants (LB-series), metallurgical (high-temp) designs (YZ/YZD-series), intelligent unmanned operation (QDS-series), magnetic/grab attachments — all configurable on top of the 20T base spec.
