How do you test the crane before shipping?

<p>Every crane undergoes a full factory load test before shipment, per our ISO and CE/CCC/EAC/GCC/SONCAP/KEBS certified procedures. We test at 100% rated capacity plus a 25% overload static test, and 110% dynamic load test for hoisting, trolley, and bridge travel. All electrical, safety, and control systems are verified, including limit switches, brakes, and emergency stops. For smart (QDS) models, we run automated cycle tests. Test reports and load charts are issued with each unit.</p><p>Production takes 30-45 days, and we provide a 4-hour quote SLA. After testing, cranes are disassembled, marked, and packed for export.
